The lipid raft compartment at the plasma membrane plays an indispensable role for recruiting AKT and triggers downstream survival signaling in chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The raft marker, ganglioside GM1, is labeled with Alexa 488, while AKT is marked with Alexa 594. Administration of OSU-T315 can impede the recruitment of AKT to the raft portion.
