Representative immunofluorescence of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) cell line–derived xenograft tumors grown intradermally in nonobese diabetic severe combined immunodeficiency γ mice treated with either dimethyl fumarate (DMF) or phosphate-buffered saline. Green fluorescence marks cleaved caspase 3–positive cells and red fluorescence marks CD45+ tumor cells. Caspase 3 cleavage is observed in tumors of DMF-treated mice, demonstrating treatment-induced CTCL-specific cell death. See the article by Nicolay et al on page 805.
