    Epithelial-derived cytokine TSLP triggers chemokinesis of resting primary human dendritic cells (DCs) in a cell-autonomous manner. TSLP induces human DC to acquire a very polarized morphology. Myosin II heavy chain (green) shows a cortical distribution and is found to be preferentially associated to actin filaments (red) in the cell. Moreover, myosin II accumulates in the nuclear edge of DCs, suggesting contractibility of this area. Individual cell images collected from the same slide at the same time were grouped to create this cover image. See the article by Fernandez et al on page 3862.
