B-cell–specific conditional expression of Myd88p.L252P (the murine orthologue of the human p.L265P point mutation) in combination with overexpression of BCL2 in B cells leads to the emergence of activated B cell diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in mice. The developing lymphomas stain positive for Cd138, as it is shown in this immunohistochemical staining of a heavily infiltrated liver. See the article by Knittel et al on page 2732.
