    Color map obtained using the Barnes-Hut stochastic neighbor embedding bioinformatic algorithm for multidimensional single-cell analysis of a complex data set of immunophenotypic data, obtained upon analysis of a large panel of natural killer cell maturation markers in 5 healthy controls, 10 leukaphereses, and 10 patients analyzed at multiple time points after haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The map provides a visual representation of how samples in the data set cluster together. Coloring denotes the expression of the CD62L marker in individual samples, with red indicating high expression and blue indicating low expression. See the article by Russo et al on page 247.
