The 2 cells on the lower right exhibit increased F-actin staining (Alexa Fluor 546 phalloidin, red staining) and nuclear-lobe herniation (4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole, blue staining of DNA) while the cells on the upper left appear normal.
