On page 194 of the 5 January 2012 issue, there are errors in Table 1. In the row “Blood, MRD” of the table, the field corresponding to the column “No. of cases” should not have been blank but should have contained the number 11, and the next field corresponding to the column “Mutated cases, no. (%),” the number “10 (100)” should have been “11 (100).” The corrected Table 1 is shown.
