The so-called “small, round blue-cell tumors” may resemble hematopoietic blasts. These diseases may present with clinical features similar to acute leukemia. Metastatic rhabdomyosarcoma cells may have a characteristic racquet-shaped appearance with numerous vacuoles.FIG1
