In the byline on page 370, an author’s surname is misspelled. “Lola Konali” should read “Lola Koniali.”

The authors performed clustering analysis to group genes based on their expression in RNA-seq data from their models (Figure 3G). Although Figure 3G is correct, the authors used the clusters defined there to analyze epigenetic features within these clusters in Figures 3H (page 374) and 4C (page 376). Earlier versions of Figures 3H and 4C where the order of the clusters was different were inadvertently published. This means that while the underlying data are the same, the labels of clusters in Figures 3H and 4C do not correspond to those in Figure 3G, supplementary figures, and the text (eg, cluster 4 in Figure 3G is labeled cluster 7 in Figures 3H and 4C). The corrected Figures 3H and 4C are shown below. The errors do not change the conclusions of the study.
