On page 2307 in the 3 October 2013 issue, there is an error in the text. The number of months of median progression-free survival, “82,” should have read “8.2.” Also, the corresponding reference citation, 32, was missing. The fourth sentence of the first paragraph reads, “Median progression-free survival was 82 months.” The sentence should have read, “Median progression-free survival was 8.2 months.³²”
