On page 199 of the 3 January 2013 issue, there are errors in Table 1: 2 column headings are omitted. The column heading “Bone marrow” should span columns 2 and 3. In addition, the column heading “PBSC” should span columns 4 and 5.

Furthermore, there is an error in the text of Table 1. In the “No. of donors” row under the “Bone marrow, N” column, the number of doctors should read “2726” and not “272.” The corrected Table 1 and original table footnote are shown.
