On page 3661 in the 1 November 2008 issue, the third author’s name, shown as Shi-Ming Hsiao, is incorrect. The correct name is Hsi-Min Hsiao. In Authorship on page 3669, the initials “S.-M.H.” in Contribution should have read “H.-M.H.” Accordingly, the third clause of Contribution should have read, “H.-M.H., Y.-C.K., K.-L.K., and C.-Y.M. prepared the recombinant proteins, performed studies, and took part in writing the corresponding sections of the paper; …” The errors have been corrected in the online version, which now differs from the print version.
