In the supplemental data of the September 3, 2009, issue, portions of the original supplemental Figure 3 were previously published in Iacobucci et al (Blood. 2008;112[9]:3847-3855). However, the earlier article was not referenced. There were also aspects of the original supplemental Figure 3 that were erroneous. A completely new supplemental Figure 3 and legend has been prepared and posted in the online “Additional Supplemental Tables and Supplemental Figures” data supplement.
