The Editors retract and remove the 2017 ASH Annual Meeting abstract cited above at the request of the authors (S. Mueller, A.-K. Meinecke, S. Buchwald, D. Eriksson, and T. Wilke). Based on a poststudy agreement with the license holder of the 8-MMAS questionnaire, which was used in the study, the authors decided that this abstract should be removed.
