On page 3852 of the May 6, 2010, issue, the title of the correspondence is incorrect. The published title read “BCR-ABL2” instead of “BCR-ABL1.” The title should have read: ”Successful treatment using omacetaxine for a patient with CML and BCR-ABL1 35INS.“ The error was corrected in the online version, which now differs from the print version.
