On page 253 in the July 15, 2008, How I treat article under the heading “High-dose intravenous immunoglobulin,” the dosage of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) reported in the penultimate sentence of the paragraph, 2 g/kg for 2 days, is incorrect. The correct dose is 1 g/kg for 2 days, as reported in Table 2 on page 251 of the article.
