In line 1 of the second column on page 3832, line 3 of the question in the left column of page 3851, and line 5 of Recommendation 15 in the left column on page 3851, “40 mg/kg per day, for 4 days” should read “40 mg per day for 4 days.” Also, in question 15 of Table 1 on page 3835, “40 mg/kg/d, for 4 d” should read, “40 mg/d × 4 d.” The errors have been corrected in the published article.
