Abstract
Using human erythrocytes labeled simultaneously with DFP32 and Cr51, studies of specific red cell activities within the first 24 hours after infusion of labeled cells were carried out. The results obtained suggest that the early loss of Cr51 specific red cell activity which has been observed in radiochromium survival curves is due to rapid elution of a portion of the label.
