Leukemic cells showed differences in adherence to glass bead columns which permitted their partial to complete separation. Several fractions with markedly varied differential cell counts could be obtained from the same blood. Such fractions may be utilizable for a variety of assays which, with simple, or sometimes more complex calculations (computer), would be valuable in the determination of values for individual cell types.
