There are errors in Table 1 on page 294 of the print version of the article. In the “UK cases” column, the percentage of patients <50 years old should be 42, not 41. In the “US cases” column, the number of patients <70 years old should be 28, not 15; the percentage of patients with cerebral vein thrombosis (CVT) should be 68, not 80; the percentage of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) should be 36, not 52; and the percentage of patients who died should be 11, not 20. The errors were corrected in the online version of the article before publication.
