In the article by Winter et al entitled “Identification of genomic classifiers that distinguish induction failure in T-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia: a report from the Children's Oncology Group,” which appeared in the September 1, 2007, issue of Blood (Volume 110:1429–1438), the “COG 8704” column of Table 2 contained errors. The number of patients who relapsed within 4 years was 17 (one more than shown), and the number of patients who remained in CCR was 24 (one fewer than shown).
