Erratum for Rizzo et al. Use of epoetin and darbepoetin in patients with cancer: 2007 American Society of Hematology/American Society of Clinical Oncology clinical practice guideline update. Blood. 2008;111:25-41.

In the article by Rizzo et al entitled “Use of epoetin and darbepoetin in patients with cancer: 2007 American Society of Hematology/American Society of Clinical Oncology clinical practice guideline update,” which appeared in the January 1, 2008, issue of Blood (Volume 111:25-41), an error occurred in the third full paragraph of the second column on page 35. The second sentence should have indicated that patients were required to have a serum ferritin level greater than or equal to 100 ng/mL or transferrin saturation greater than or equal to 15%.
