In the article by Pedersen-Bjergaard et al entitled “Therapy-related acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplasia after high-dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplantation,” which appeared in the June 1, 2000, issue of Blood (Volume 95:3273-3279), 2 corrections should be noted. In “Source of stem cells,” the cells isolated from the bone marrow without priming were erroneously designated as CD34-enriched. In “Note added in proof,” the study by Yakoub-Agha et al reported the results of allogeneic bone marrow transplantation of 70 patients with t-MDS or t-AML of all types, not solely after HD-CT and ASCT.
