A case of miliary tuberculosis associated with an aleukemic lymphatic blood picture has been reported. The histologic appearances of tissue removed at autopsy confirmed the leukemic picture and also showed diffuse tuberculous lesions of a necrotic type containing innumerable acid-fast bacilli.
