Abstract

The authors have compared the amounts of Sr⁹⁰ in the bones of persons who have died of leukemias and in the bones of those deceased from causes other than tumors or hemocytopathic diseases.

The first group shows an abnormally low level of Sr⁹⁰ which the authors believe to be due to disturbed calcium metabolism.
