On page 139 in the Hematology 2013 American Society of Hematology Education Program, there is a typographical error. In the “Chemoimmunotherapy” section, the last sentence of the second paragraph reads: “Similar results were obtained in a trial comparing FCR without FC in relapsed CLL without demonstrating a benefit for OS.⁴⁰” The sentence should have read, “Similar results were obtained in a trial comparing FCR with FC in relapsed CLL without demonstrating a benefit for OS.⁴⁰”
