Tumor samples from 17 patients with mantle cell lymphoma were used to 1) isolate major histocompatibility complex (MHC) ligands through immunoprecipitation (IP) followed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectroscopy (LC-MS/MS) and 2) perform whole exome sequencing and immunoglobulin gene sequencing in order to identify neoantigen peptides.
