Binding affinity of IgG2a anti-MHC class I antibodies 34-1-2S, SF1.1.10, and AF6-88.5.5.3. toward murine FcγRI (A), FcγRIIb (B), FcγRIII (C), and FcγRIV (D) was determined by using SPR.
