Effects of DCB or bepridil on morphological changes in intact platelets. Washed platelets (5 × 10⁵/μL) were suspended in modified Tyrode Hepes buffer containing 1 mmol/L CaCl₂ and mixed with 0.1 % DMSO (A), 10 μmol/L DCB (B), or 80 μmol/L bepridil. After 15 minutes of incubation, equal volume of 4 % glutaraldehyde containing phosphate buffer was added to each aliquot. Electron microscopic analysis was performed as described in Materials and Methods.
