The Socs1^lox/-LysM-cre inflammatory disease can be transferred to wild-type recipients by BM transplantation. Lethally irradiated C57BL/6 recipients received transplants of BM from (A,C) Socs1^lox/-LysM-cre or (B,D) Socs1^lox/- nontransgenic donors.
