Increased ATP11A expression provides protection against SCH66336. 293 HEK cells were cotransfected with EGFP and ATP11A or with EGFP and pcDNA. After 24 hours, 20 μM SCH66336 was added to the medium, and a viable cell count was performed 48 hours later. The result shown is 1 of 2 independently performed experiments with similar results.
