We injected 200 μgLTβR-Ig or LTβR-Ig/TNFR55-Ig to timed pregnant mice to generate PP-null or PP/MLN-double deficient mice, respectively (see Supplemental Figure S1). The offspring mice were given 25 mg intragastric OVA or PBS then primed with OVA-loaded splenocytes. Seven days after priming, CTL assay was performed.
