(A) Proliferation in mixed expansion medium (X-vivo-15 containing FCS [20%], penicillin-streptomycin [100 U/mL], SCF [20 ng/mL], IL-3 [20 ng/mL], G-CSF [100 ng/mL], Epo [2 U/mL]) decreased in RPS19-silenced cells. Statistically significant reduced cell counts were seen in LV-TH-RPS19-C-transduced cells at all times and in LV-TH-RPS19-B-transduced cells on day 14.
