Inhibition of Kit-dependent cell proliferation by AP23464. SCF-stimulated Mo7e, juxtamembrane, and activation-loop mutant cell lines as well as Ba/F3 cells (as a control) were grown in graded concentrations of AP23464 for 48 hours, and viable cells were measured by MTT assay.
