After transduction, cells were sorted for GFP expression and further expanded. Two thousand transduced cells were analyzed for telomerase activity using the TRAP assay. T lymphocytes transduced with hTERT exhibited high telomerase activity 10 days after stimulation. At this time point no telomerase activity was detected in GFP control cells.
