Figure 4. Oligomycin does not affect p53-independent apoptosis signaling. MOLT-3 cells were incubated in the presence or absence of oligomycin (10 μg/mL) with different apoptosis-inducing agents (1 μM doxorubicin, 30 μM H2O2, 2 μM lactacystin, 0.5 μM staurosporine, 0.1 μg/mL CD95) and assessed for intracellular p53 protein levels and apoptosis (by annexin/PI staining) after 3 hours and 6 hours of incubation, respectively.
