Cytotoxic activity of alloantigen-specific CD8⁺ T-cell lines. CD8⁺ T-cell lines were generated from PBMCs of the patients with FHL and healthy controls by stimulation with allogeneic B-LCLs (KIN-LCLs). Their cytotoxicity was determined against allogeneic KIN-LCLs in the presence (▵) or absence (○) of CMA at a concentration of 100 nM and against allogeneic TAK-LCLs (⬡).
