$Figure 2. Activation of T cells from transgenic mice is independent of the B7-CD28 interaction. Purified T cells were cocultured for 3 days with the different stimulator cells. Expression of the CD25 activation marker was evaluated in Thy1.2+ cells by FACS analysis.
