Figure 4. Suppressive effect of IMD-0354 on cell cycle progression of HMC-1 cells. (A) HMC-1 cells were incubated with IMD-0354 or STI571 for 24 hours, and the cell cycle was analyzed by PI staining. The percentage of cells with hypodiploid DNA contents was measured. Data represent the mean ± SE of 3 different experiments with duplication. (B) HMC-1 cells were treated with IMD-0354 or STI571 for 24 hours, and DNA was collected as described in “Materials and methods.” A ladder is marked in cells treated with 1 μM IMD-0354 for 24 hours.
