Figure 6. Ly49Q– pDCs exist in bone marrow but not in peripheral lymphoid organs. Cells were harvested from various lymphoid organs (bone marrow, spleen, lymph nodes, and peripheral blood lymphocytes) and then depleted of CD3+, CD19+, CD11b+, and DX5+ cells by Auto MACS. Next, negatively selected cells were stained with B220, CD11c, and 2E6 Abs. B220+CD11c+ cells were gated and analyzed for 2E6 expression. N indicates 2E6–;P,2E6+.
