Expression of IL-23 and IL-27 subunits by MoDCs activated with several classes of maturation-inducing stimuli. MoDCs were incubated with the indicated stimuli, and (A) IL-23p19, (B) IL-27p28, and (C) EBI3 mRNA expression was quantified by RT-qPCR 14 to 18 hours after stimulation.
