Ang1 and Ang2 induce endothelial P-selectin translocation in HUVECs. P-selectin translocation in HUVECs was quantified by cell surface ELISA. PBS was used as a control and the basal levels of cell surface P-selectin were normalized to 1. Translocation of P-selectin induced by Ang1 (A) and Ang2 (B), both at 7.5 minutes, was determined at different concentrations (10^–12 to 10^–8 M; left panels) and in function of time at 10^–9 M (5 to 15 minutes; right panels).
