J774A.1 cells were transduced with wild-type or DRY mutant (DRY to ARY) G2A to overexpress these proteins. Effects of the mutation were assessed by examining cell migration toward LPC. The results are representative of 4 independent experiments. (B) Western blot of G2A proteins. Wild-type and DRY mutant G2A proteins were detected at similar level with G2A antibody.
