Purification of recombinant human ADAMTS13. ADAMTS13 was expressed by HEK293 cells stably transfected with the expression vector, pcDNA3.1/ADAMTS13/myc/His. ADAMTS13 was purified from conditioned medium Ni2+-HiTrap columns. Purified material was electrophoresed on a 7.5% polyacrylamide gel under nonreducing conditions and stained with Coomassie (lane 1).
