Treatment with recombinant human fucosyltransferase VI enhances P- and E-selectin binding activity in CB-CD34⁺ cells. Purified CB-CD34⁺ cells were treated with rhFucTVI for 40 minutes at 37°C in the presence of GDP-fucose (⁺FucTVI, open histograms) or left untreated (filled histograms) and then analyzed for both P- and E-selectin binding.
