Cbl-b and c-Cbl are associated with KIT and are phosphorylated upon SCF stimulation. Cells were transfected and treated as in Figure 1. (A) Cbl-b and c-Cbl associate with KIT. Cell lysate was immunoprecipitated with α-KIT antibody and probed with antiphosphotyrosine and anti-KIT antibody. The membrane was also probed with anti-HA, anti-Cbl-b, or c-Cbl antibody to show the association of Cbl proteins with KIT. (B) Cbl-b and c-Cbl are phosphorylated upon SCF stimulation. Cell lysate was immunoprecipitated with anti-HA antibody and the blot was probed with α-pTyr to show tyrosine phosphorylation of Cbl proteins in the presence of SCF. Membrane was stripped and reprobed with α-HA to show HA-tagged Cbl-b and c-Cbl.
