Pharmacokinetics of porcine skin dermatan sulfate in HCII+/+ mice. Mice were injected intravenously with 320 000 dpm 35H-labeled dermatan sulfate at time = 0 minute and were killed at the times indicated. Total radioactivity present in plasma and urine was determined. The mice were then perfused with 50 mL PBS, and total radioactivity present in the kidneys, heart, lungs, and liver was determined.
