Overall survival after start of therapy for patients with follicular lymphomas and mantle cell lymphomas randomized for FCM or R-FCM. (A) Follicular lymphoma (FL); (B) mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). In FL the median overall survival (OS) is not reached in both groups. At 2 years the estimated OS is 90% in R-FCM as compared with 70% on the FCM arm (P = .0943). In patients with MCL randomized for R-FCM the median OS is not reached as compared with 11 months (estimated) on the FCM arm (P = .0042).
