Treatment of platelets with GPVI agonists does not induce loss of PECAM-1 or β3 integrin from platelets. Samples of resting and convulxin-treated platelet lysates were prepared as described in Figure 1 and were analyzed for levels of GPVI, PECAM-1, or β3 integrin by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotting with 6B12-3, WM59, or CRC54, respectively.
