(A) High-purity basophils were incubated with the indicated concentrations of primary mAbs and then stimulated by addition of goat anti-mouse IgG for 4 hours (n = 3). (B) High-purity basophils were incubated with 0.1 μg/mL mAb to LIR7 or control IgG₁ and stimulated by addition of goat anti-mouse IgG for 1 to 24 hours (n = 3).
